• Community features and prayer groups

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.

You represent that: You own or have the right to post all content you submit, and your content does not violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws.

• Plus: $4.99/month or $39.99/year - Ad-free, offline mode, 2 family members
• Premium: $9.99/month or $79.99/year - All Plus features + AI suggestions, 5 family members
• Lifetime: $149.99 one-time payment - All Premium features forever

Payment Processing

• Android App: Payments are processed via Google Play Billing
• Web: Payments are processed via Cashfree
• Subscriptions purchased on one platform are valid across all platforms when logged in

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store or your account settings
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store or Cashfree policies

One-Time Purchases

• Virtual Candles: Digital prayer candles with set durations (1-30 days)
• Mass Offerings: Requests for Masses to be offered for specific intentions
• Donations: One-time or recurring contributions to support our mission
• Spiritual Bouquets: Gift packages of prayers sent to loved ones

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (excluding User Content) are owned by MyPrayerTower and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Traditional prayers in the public domain remain in the public domain.

9. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We are not affiliated with the Vatican, any diocese, or any specific church unless explicitly stated. Content provided is for spiritual enrichment and is not intended as professional religious, legal, or medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYPRAYERTOWER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
