It is called the "Irresistible Novena." It consists of praying 3 rosaries (15 decades) daily (or at least 5 decades) for 54 consecutive days.
The Structure

The Origin (Fortuna Agrelli)
In 1884, a young girl named Fortuna Agrelli was dying in Naples. She and her family prayed desperately. Mary appeared to her as the Queen of the [Holy Rosary](/rosary) of Pompeii. Mary said: "Whoever desires to obtain favors from me should make three novenas of the prayers of the Rosary, and three novenas in thanksgiving." (A novena is 9 days. 3 x 9 = 27. 27 + 27 = 54). Fortuna was instantly cured.
