At MyPrayerTower, we strive to provide meaningful spiritual services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for all paid services on our platform.

Services & Refund Eligibility

Virtual Prayer Candles

  • • 1 Day Candle: Free - No refund applicable
  • • 3 Day Candle: $2.99 - Non-refundable once lit
  • • 7 Day Candle: $5.99 - Non-refundable once lit
  • • 30 Day Featured Candle: $14.99 - Refund within 24 hours if not displayed
  • • Memorial Setup: Basic (Free) / Featured ($49.99) - Refundable within 48h if unsatisfied

Mass Offerings

  • • Single Mass: $10.00
  • • Novena of Masses: $75.00
  • • Gregorian Masses: $200.00
  • • Perpetual Enrollment: $100.00

Mass offerings can be refunded before the Mass is offered. Once scheduled, refunds are not possible.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, please contact us within 7 days.

Spiritual Bouquets

Spiritual Bouquets can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if not yet delivered to the recipient.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase for eligible services.
  • Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time. Future payments will stop, but past donations are non-refundable.
  • Digital services that have been delivered or activated cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at refunds@myprayertower.com
  2. Include your order ID/transaction reference
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

Exceptions

In cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or fraudulent transactions, we will issue a full refund regardless of the above policies. Please contact us immediately if you experience any payment issues.
