Sunday is the day set aside for God—but with busy schedules, it can feel impossible to keep it holy.

Here's how.

The Challenge

Busy Lives

Work, family, responsibilities—the weekend fills up fast.

The Command

"Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy" (Exodus 20:8).

The Solution

1. Plan Ahead

Schedule Sunday like any other important appointment. Protect it.

2. Prioritize Mass

Make Mass the first priority. Everything else fits around it.

3. Simplify

You don't need a "perfect" Sunday. Keep it simple.

4. Rest

Actually rest. Don't work. Don't do chores.

A Prayer

Lord, help me to keep Sunday holy. Give me the grace to prioritize Your day. Amen.

Conclusion: It's Worth It

Sunday rest is worth it—for you, your family, your soul.

Lord, make Sunday a day of rest and worship. Amen.

Keep Sunday holy:

A Prayer for Grace

As you reflect on these spiritual truths, we invite you to join us in this prayer:

"Lord Jesus, we thank You for the wisdom of the Church and the witness of the saints. Grant us the grace to live out our faith with joy and perseverance. May our prayers be a sweet incense rising to Your throne, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Amen."
