The Aaronic Priestly Blessing (Numbers 6:24-26: The Lord Bless Thee and Keep Thee)
📜 Historical & Biblical Origin: Commanded directly by God to Moses for Aaron and his sons to bless the children of Israel (Numbers 6:22–27: "And they shall put My Name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them"). One of the oldest continuous blessings in Judeo-Christian history.

The Lord spoke unto Moses, saying: Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them:
The Solemn Threefold Blessing:
"The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:
The Lord make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace."
O Eternal God, Father of lights:
Place Thy Holy Name upon this household, upon our children, and upon our future.
Preserve our going out and our coming in.
Turn the brightness of Thy merciful face toward us in all our afflictions,
forgive our sins, and grant us Thine eternal peace:
peace in our homes, peace in our minds, peace in our nation, and peace with Thee.
