The prayer attacks the root of human anxiety: our desperate, futile desire to control outcomes instead of trusting God.
π―οΈ Instructions & Posture: Sit in stillness with open, upward palms resting on your knees. Whenever panic, racing thoughts, or "what-if" scenarios flood your brain, repeat the surrender phrase ten times with steady, slow breathing.
Jesus speaks to the soul:
"Why do you confuse yourselves by worrying? Leave the care of your affairs to Me and everything will be peaceful. I say to you in truth that every act of true, blind, complete surrender to Me produces the effect that you desire and resolves all difficult situations.
To surrender means to turn your thoughts away from affliction, to turn away from thinking about your problems. You do not ask Me to act, but want Me to adapt to your ideas. You are not sick people who ask the doctor on how to be cured, but sick people who tell the doctor what to do.
Do not be like this, but pray as I taught you in the Our Father: 'Thy Will be done.' Saying to Me: 'You take care of it.' Close your eyes and let yourself be carried on the flowing stream of My grace. Do not fear, I will take care of things and you will bless My name by humbling yourself. A thousand prayers cannot equal one single act of surrender: remember this well."
